Returns policy:
Your satisfaction is always our priority, so when you receive the items please make sure that the items are made to your satisfaction.
All returns and exchange must be sent within 14 days of the item received. Items will only be accepted in their original condition and packaging. Requests to return items due to damage during shipping must be accompanied by photos or other evidence clearly showing the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned damaged with no evidence.
Cancellation policy (before despatch):
Orders can be cancelled prior to the item being despatched, it takes 3-5 working days for the funds to be credited back to your method of payment.
Refund Policy:
At Caroline Beyll London, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 28 days of delivery. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. For exchange or refunds, items should be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging. Take care when trying on the items; please ensure that you are not wearing make-up or any fragrance. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if they are not returned in a saleable condition or damaged.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights to faulty or incorrectly described items, or rights to cancel orders under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations.
Taxes
Customers will be responsible for any customs tax imposed by their own country.
Delivery
Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address.
UK Standard Delivery – 5-10 working days £4.95 Monday Friday.
Outside UK Delivery – 7-14 working days £6.95 Monday – Friday.
Deliveries are Monday to Friday, please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days for deliveries.
All deliveries will require a signature.
